Un manifold haute sensibilité pour la détermination des traces (concentrations nanomolaires) de nitrate + nitrite et nitrite seul est décrit. La méthode utilise un AutoAnalyseur TECHNICON 2 classique, employé habituellement pour les analyses à bord des bateaux. Une reproductibilité de + ou - 1 nmol dm-3 pour N03 + N02 seul était obtenu avec une cadence d'analyse de 4O échantillons par heure. (Résumé d'auteur)
