      <abstract>We describe a fishery in which the units may change their tactics according to circumstances. The resource consists of several stocks, the population dynamics of each stock follow a simple production model. Fisheries units choose the tactic to use on the basis of recent results obtained with the available tactics. It is then possible to simulate the activity and results of such a fishery, and evaluate the impact of fishing unit flexibility. (Résumé d'auteur)</abstract>
