The result of the following preliminary analyses : non parametric inter specific correlations, species diversity, factorial correspondence analysis, multiple regression, demonstrate the heterogeneity of the behaviour of the boats with respect to the available fish fauna. This heterogeneity results from differences in the fishing radius between boats and the species selectivity of each technique. The species composition of the catch in terms of volume is characteristic for each technique and boat type.
