(2007) and {P}erez et al. (2016) framework for analysing fidelity and adaptation to implementation. {W}e identified the core activities planned for this project both through a review of the {AIRE} project documentation and by interviewing the operational teams. {W}e then interviewed the actors involved in the project in16 {PHC}s (health workers, heads of centers, etc.) to learn about the actual implementation of the activities. {R}esults: {I}n all countries, essential activities such as the training of agents and the distribution of {PO}s have been carried out, but have sometimes been modified compared to what was planned. {W}e note that the implementation of some activities varies between countries. {F}or example, in {G}uinea and {B}urkina {F}aso, visits to supervise the use of the {PO} were made more often than planned, while in {M}ali visits were less frequent in some centers due to safety issues. {I}n one country, technical support to the {PHC}s on drug management could not be carried out due to difficulties in recruiting a logistician. {C}onclusion: {D}ifferences in implementation fidelity between countries and between health centers may help explain variations in project outcomes.}, keywords = {{BURKINA} {FASO} ; {GUINEE} ; {MALI} ; {NIGER}}, volume = {5 ({S}uppl.)}, numero = {{S}upplement}, pages = {{A}1139 (1 )}, booktitle = {}, year = {2023}, DOI = {10.18332/popmed/164453}, ISSN = {2654-1459}, URL = {https://www.documentation.ird.fr/hor/fdi:010095775}, }
