{E}ngaging children was crucial for adopting a marine sustainability framework that recognises intergenerational



justice concerns and upholds children's rights. {C}hildren



in the region are active participants in fishing activities



and play a key role in sustaining the connections among



people, the ocean, and marine life. {J}ust like adults, they



too can exercise their rights and responsibilities toward



the ocean. {A}rt workshops allowed them to take part in co-building our research agenda.},
