  abstract = {{E}stablishing length-weight relationships ({LWR}s) is essential for conserving fish populations, especially where gaps hinder efforts, particularly crucial for elasmobranch populations in the {G}ulf of {G}uinea. {T}his study presents {LWR}s established for six species of elasmobranchs landed by artisanal maritime fishing in {M}ayumba, located in the south of {G}abon. {T}he data were collected in {M}ay 2022 and between {S}eptember 2022 and {M}arch 2023. {T}his work provides the first {LWR}s for six elasmobranch species that have not yet been referenced at the regional level. {O}ne of these species, {P}aragaleus pectoralis, lacks referenced data on {F}ish{B}ase.},
