  abstract = {{T}his symposium is the third {PSL} ({P}aris {S}ciences & {L}ettres) {C}hemical {B}iology meeting (2016, 2019, 2023) held at {I}nstitut {C}urie. {T}his initiative originally started at {I}nstitut de {C}himie des {S}ubstances {N}aturelles ({ICSN}) in {G}if sur {Y}vette (2013, 2014), under the directorship of {P}rofessor {M}ax {M}alacria, with a strong focus on chemistry. {I}t was then continued at the {I}nstitut {C}urie (2015) covering a larger scope, before becoming the official {PSL} {C}hemical {B}iology meeting. {T}his latest edition was postponed twice for the reasons that we know. {T}his has given us the opportunity to invite additional speakers of great standing. {T}his year, {I}nstitut {C}urie hosted around 300 participants, including 220 on site and over 80 online. {T}he pandemic has had, at least, the virtue of promoting online meetings, which we came to realize is not perfect but has its own merits. {I}n particular, it enables those with restricted time and resources to take part in events and meetings, which can now accommodate unlimited participants. {W}e apologize to all those who could not attend in person this time due to space limitation at {I}nstitut {C}urie.},
