(0.9%). {A}naplasmataceae included {A}naplasma marginale (4.3%), {A}naplasma platys (1.4%), {A}naplasma centrale (0.7%), {E}hrlichia ruminantium (0.7%), {W}olbachia sp., {C}andidatus {E}hrlichia rustica (13.5%), {C}andidatus {E}hrlichia urmitei (7%), and an uncultured {E}hrlichia sp. (4.2%). {B}orrelia theileri was identified in one {R}hipicephalus microplus tick. {U}nfortunately, {P}iroplasmida could not be identified to the species level. {T}his study demonstrates that in {C}ameroon, ticks harbour a wide variety of microorganisms and present a risk of zoonotic diseases.}, keywords = {tick-borne pathogen ; zoonoses ; cattle ; ticks ; {PCR} ; {C}ameroon ; {CAMEROUN}}, booktitle = {}, journal = {{M}icroorganisms}, volume = {10}, numero = {10}, pages = {1957 [15 ]}, year = {2022}, DOI = {10.3390/microorganisms10101957}, URL = {https://www.documentation.ird.fr/hor/fdi:010086421}, }
