  abstract = {{M}arine environmental law has been emerging in {W}est {A}frica in 70's. {I}nternational convention has been ratified and national law progressively developed. {T}his communication will show the development of marine environmental law in {W}est {A}frican countries using examples from {S}enegal, {M}auritania and {C}abo-{V}erde. {T}his field of law use to be very sectorial. {H}owever, the development of integrative ways of regulations at international level impacts {W}est {A}frican national law on marine environment. {L}astly, examples of first steps toward an integrative way of regulation are underlined in {W}est {A}frican countries.},
