  abstract = {{T}he analysis of daily precipitation data of four climate stations in the {M}exican states of {C}hiapas and {T}abasco is presented in this paper. {T}he period from {A}ugust to {N}ovember of 2007 was selected because of the big flood that severely affected the city of {V}illahermosa and its surroundings. {T}he variograms and correlograms indicate that the produced precipitations are in fact far from its normal variability.},
