  abstract = {{W}e report the first finding of the knockdown {L}eu-{P}he and {L}eu-{S}er mutations associated with resistance to pyrethroids and {DDT} insecticides in the malaria mosquito {A}nopheles gambiae from {C}ameroon. {T}he {L}eu-{P}he mutation was found in both the {M} and {S} molecular forms of {A}n. gambiae. {I}mportantly, two specimens of the {S} molecular form were found to carry both mutations in a heterozygous state.},
