  abstract = {{T}his article documents the addition of 228 microsatellite marker loci to the {M}olecular {E}cology {R}esources {D}atabase. {L}oci were developed for the following species: {A}nser cygnoides, {A}podemus flavicollis, {A}thene noctua, {C}ercis canadensis, {G}lis glis, {G}ubernatrix cristata, {H}aliotis tuberculata, {H}elianthus maximiliani, {L}aricobius nigrinus, {L}aricobius rubidus, {N}eoheligmonella granjoni, {N}ephrops norvegicus, {O}enanthe javanica, {P}aramuricea clavata, {P}yrrhura orcesi and {S}amanea saman. {T}hese loci were cross-tested on the following species: {A}podemus sylvaticus, {L}aricobius laticollis and {L}aricobius osakensis (a proposed new species currently being described).},
