  abstract = {{T}his article documents the addition of 238 microsatellite marker loci and 72 pairs of {S}ingle {N}ucleotide {P}olymorphism ({SNP}) sequencing primers to the {M}olecular {E}cology {R}esources {D}atabase. {L}oci were developed for the following species: {A}delges tsugae, {A}rtemisia tridentata, {A}stroides calycularis, {A}zorella selago, {B}otryllus schlosseri, {B}otrylloides violaceus, {C}ardiocrinum cordatum var. glehnii, {C}ampylopterus curvipennis, {C}olocasia esculenta, {C}ynomys ludovicianus, {C}ynomys leucurus, {C}ynomys gunnisoni, {E}pinephelus coioides, {E}unicella singularis, {G}ammarus pulex, {H}omoeosoma nebulella, {H}yla squirella, {L}ateolabrax japonicus, {M}astomys erythroleucus, {P}ararge aegeria, {P}ardosa sierra, {P}hoenicopterus ruber ruber and {S}ilene latifolia. {T}hese loci were cross-tested on the following species: {A}delges abietis, {A}delges cooleyi, {A}delges piceae, {P}ineus pini, {P}ineus strobi, {T}ubastrea micrantha, three other {T}ubastrea species, {B}otrylloides fuscus, {B}otrylloides simodensis, {C}ampylopterus hemileucurus, {C}ampylopterus rufus, {C}ampylopterus largipennis, {C}ampylopterus villaviscensio, {P}haethornis longuemareus, {F}lorisuga mellivora, {L}ampornis amethystinus, {A}mazilia cyanocephala, {A}rchilochus colubris, {E}pinephelus lanceolatus, {E}pinephelus fuscoguttatus, {S}ymbiodinium temperate-{A} clade, {G}ammarus fossarum, {G}ammarus roeselii, {D}ikerogammarus villosus and {L}imnomysis benedeni. {T}his article also documents the addition of 72 sequencing primer pairs and 52 allele specific primers for {N}eophocaena phocaenoides.},
