%X A new species of deep- water spider crab ( Majidae) of the genus Rochinia A. Milne- Edwards, 1875, is described from Guam. Rochinia paulayi, new species, is distinguished from the allied R. pulchra ( Miers, 1886), R. riversandersoni ( Alcock, 1895) and R. griffini Davie and Short, 1989, in the form and position of the carapace spines.
