  abstract = {{A}s a result of the ongoing taxonomic revision of the tribe {S}ipaneeae, a new species of {D}endrosipanea and {S}ipaneopsis from the {B}razilian and {C}olombian {A}mazon are here described and illustrated; both taxa are endemic to the {B}razilian white-sand areas locally called campinas and campinaranas. {T}heir conservation status is assessed, and all specimens examined are cited. {A} key to the three recognized species of {D}endrosipanea is included.},
