@article{fdi:010074658, title = {{G}enetic ecotoxicology of {S}arotherodon melanotheron from some {S}{\'e}n{\'e}gal hydrosystems related to level of contamination by some micropollutants}, author = {{Y}oboue, {A}.{N}. and {K}onan, {K}.{M}. and {K}onan, {K}.{T}. and {B}oussou, {K}.{C}. and {A}depo-{G}ourene, {A}.{B}. and {D}urand, {J}ean-{D}ominique}, editor = {}, language = {{ENG}}, abstract = {{O}n the purpose to study the genetic ecotoxicology of {S}arotherodon melanotheron, the degree of contamination due to two micropollutants ({P}olychlorinated biphenyls ({PCB}s) and {P}olybrominateddiphenyl ethers ({PBDE})) on seven sites ({F}oundiougne, {K}aolack, {M}issirah, {K}oular, {H}ann{B}ay and {N}iayes (1 and 2) was evaluated. {S}even systems ({ADH}, {AAT}, {IDHP}, {MDH}, {PGM}, {GPI} and {EST}) were analyzed through the technical of enzymatic electrophoresis. {T}he specimens and sediments used for the proportioning pollutants were sampled into 2009.{T}he analysis of indicator {PCB}s was carried out by gaseous chromatography coupled to a detector with capture of electrons ({GC}-{DCE}).-{T}he analysis of the {PBDE}, was done by gaseous chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry high resolution ({GC}-{MSHR}). {H}ighest concentrations of pollutants {PCB}s (19 ng/g) and {PBDE} (5 ng/g) were observed in {H}ann {B}ay. {T}he analysis of allelic variability revealed an adaptive polymorphism at locus {EST}-14 and {PGM} at {S}. m. heudelotii; {PGM} at {S}. m. paludinosus. {T}he presence of allele {EST}-14*110 in {H}ann {B}ay and weakest frequencies particularly of allele {PGM}*105 in populations of disturbed zones suggest her implication in the response to the undergone environmental stress. {A} negative correlation was observed between locus {EST}-14 and {PBDE}. {T}he fast alleles from this locus ({EST}-14*110) could be selected against in populations living in contaminated environment.}, keywords = {{SENEGAL} ; {SALOUM} {ESTUAIRE}}, booktitle = {}, journal = {{A}merican {S}cientific {R}esearch {J}ournal for {E}ngineering, {T}echnology, and {S}ciences}, volume = {15}, numero = {1}, pages = {109--121}, ISSN = {2313-4410}, year = {2016}, URL = {https://www.documentation.ird.fr/hor/fdi:010074658}, }
