  abstract = {{R}ickettsia felis is a common emerging pathogen in sub-{S}aharan {A}frica. {C}omparing dynamics of morbidities due to malaria and {R}. felis infections in two {S}enegalese villages, we found a strong and significant correlation between them. {M}alaria morbidity is strongly decreasing because of the implementation of long-lasting insecticidal nets, so we hypothesize that the same measure may decrease the {R}. felis infections.},
