({H}ymenophyllaceae) and its relatives in western {C}entral {A}frica}, author = {{D}ubuisson, {J}. {Y}. and {H}ennequin, {S}. and {D}roissart, {V}incent and {D}eblauwe, {V}incent}, editor = {}, language = {{ENG}}, abstract = {{T}he fern genus {H}ymenophyllum ({H}ymenophyllaceae) so far encompassed not more than five species in western {C}entral {A}frica. {N}ew investigations into {BRLU} and {P} collections on {H}ymenophyllaceae specimens collected in western {C}entral {A}frica allowed us to identify a new species for the area. {T}he species {H}ymenophyllum senterreanum sp. nov. displays indusia with an original and particular campanulate-like shape, usually observed in the distinct trichomanoid lineage. {I}t seems endemic to sub-montane rainforests of coastal west-south {C}ameroon and {E}quatorial {G}uinea, and is currently known only from four localities. {T}he novelty is considered as {E}ndangered according to {IUCN} {C}ategories and {C}riteria. {A}n updated key is proposed for the genus {H}ymenophyllum for the region.}, keywords = {{AFRIQUE} {CENTRALE} ; {CAMEROUN} ; {GUINEE} {EQUATORIALE}}, booktitle = {}, journal = {{P}hytotaxa}, volume = {257}, numero = {3}, pages = {287--294}, ISSN = {1179-3155}, year = {2016}, DOI = {10.11646/phytotaxa.257.3.7}, URL = {https://www.documentation.ird.fr/hor/fdi:010067749}, }
