  abstract = {{I}n order to define the structure of trophic network of {I}chkeul {L}ake in {T}unisia, diet of main teleost fish species was determined during two seasons, wet and dry. {A} total of 491 stomachs from 16 teleost species was analyzed. {T}he analysis revealed spatial variability ({E}ast under marine influence and {W}est with more continental effect) and temporal one (wet and dry seasons). {B}ased on stomach contents, nine trophic groups were revealed, including eight monospecific groups. {T}he main prey are mudflat snails ({H}ydrobia ventrosa, {H}. acuta), bivalves ({A}bra alba, {C}erastoderma glaucum), amphipods and isopods, as well as seagrass ({P}otamogeton pectinatus, {R}uppia cirrhosa) and water brackish algae ({U}lva spp. and {C}haetomorpha spp., {C}ladophora sp., {P}olysiphonia sp.).},
