Afte a long absence, the Tegreans, the "legitimate children" of the Queen of Sheba, have returned to power. As they constitute less than 10% of the total population, they have had to make concessions. The government is still located in Addis Abäba, a long way South from Tegray, the historic heart of the Aksumite Kingdom which suffered years of war, famine, and drought and was weakened by the Eritrean secession.
