%X The morpho-structural analysis is proposed as a method for the characterization of soil structural condition, an indicator of agricultural system sustainability in tropical savannas. Based on the morphological characterization of soil structure, the main application of the method is in the study of agricultural use effects, leading to more rational chemical, physical and organic matter dynamic determinations. The method is an important tool for the diagnosis of agricultural system impacts and the identification of soil degradation processes. It is also essential for the verification and explanation of different management systems in on-farm conditions or in long term-trials. (Résumé d'auteur)
