%X Reclamation and conservation methods for agriculture and reforestation in indurated and eroded volcanic soils are reported. Mechanized methods used specially in the realization of progressive development terraces has lower costs than flat terraces built simultaneously to the sub-soiling. Some reforestation methods used in Mexico have a cost similar to those of reforestation in non indurated soils of Ecuador. (Résumé d'auteur).
