  abstract = {{T}o further characterize human infections caused by {R}ickettsia sibirica mongolitimonae, we tested skin biopsy and swab samples and analyzed clinical, epidemiologic, and diagnostic characteristics of patients with a rickettsiosis. {T}he most common (38%) indigenous species was {R}. sibirica mongolitimonae. {S}ignificantly more cases of {R}. sibirica mongolitimonae infection occurred during spring and summer.},
