  abstract = {{C}ollinsella massiliensis strain {GD}3({T}) is the type strain of {C}ollinsella massiliensis sp. nov., a new species within the genus {C}ollinsella. {T}his strain, whose genome is described here, was isolated from the fecal flora of a 53-year-old {F}rench {C}aucasoid woman who had been admitted to intensive care unit for {G}uillain-{B}arre syndrome. {C}ollinsella massiliensis is a {G}ram-positive, obligate anaerobic, non motile and non sporulating bacillus. {H}ere, we describe the features of this organism, together with the complete genome sequence and annotation. {T}he genome is 2,319,586 bp long (1 chromosome, no plasmid), exhibits a {G}+{C} content of 65.8% and contains 2,003 protein-coding and 54 {RNA} genes, including 1 r{RNA} operon.},
